3. Account & Security

You must create an account using Google, Apple, or email login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings.

5. AI Features

The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate fitness and diet suggestions. These results may not always be accurate and should not be considered professional advice.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Fittara does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting any exercise, diet, or health program. You use this App at your own risk.

7. User Data

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account from within the App or by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and technology used in the App are the property of AMHAJ EHEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
